When Royal Gorge HeliTours needed a durable building to support their operation and equipment, the goal was simple: build something strong, functional, and clean-looking that would last for decades and fit the site well.
This 30’x60’ pole barn was designed to provide large door openings, plenty of natural light, and an open interior workspace ready for their use.

Door sizing and layout allow for flexible access for equipment, storage, and daily use.

Windows & Natural Light​

  • (7) 18"x72" black non-opening windows
  • ​(1) special sized opening (customer provided)

Windows were placed to bring in natural light while maintaining energy efficiency and comfort.

Concrete Work

  • 4" reinforced concrete pad with vapor barrier

The concrete package was designed to support equipment use while creating a durable, low-maintenance floor surface.

Exterior Color Package

  • Roof: Black
  • Sidewalls: White
  • Wainscott: Black
  • Trim: Black

The color scheme complements the surrounding business buildings while giving the building a clean, finished appearance.
