The 32×45 floor is a 5½” slab with rebar and a 24’ trench drain, sloped 3’ on each side and daylighted out. An 8×10 bathroom area is framed in with a 3’ stud wall. The customer handled the dirt work. These photos were taken before the 2” closed-cell spray foam went in.
